Public Domain Deals:

  1. Lead financial advisor to PT Garuda Indonesia on its USD 835m capital restructuring complete in 2010, its sale and leaseback of new B737 fleet and its IPO that raised USD 520m in 2011.
  2. Successfully advised PT Arpeni Pratama Ocean Line (Indonesia) with its USD 419m capital restructuring leading to the equitization of USD 297m of debt and restoration of operations.
  3. Advised & structured PT Berau Coal Energy Tbk (Indonesia) with its USD 150m debt buyback which was stage 1 of its USD 950m capital deleveraging.
  4. Co-Advised Dubai Drydocks World (Dubai/Singapore) with USD 2.4b capital restructuring (2011).
  5. Advised PT Bukit Makmur Mandiri Utama (“BUMA”) with its USD 825m debt rescheduling.
  6. Co-Advised Suzlon Energy (India) on renegotiation of EUR 1.4b financial indebtedness.
  7. Advised PT Arpeni Pratama Ocean Line Tbk (Indonesia) on its USD 856.6m capital restructuring and USD 75m recapitalization (2010/2012).
  8. Co-Advised on the initial development and financing strategy for New Tanjung Priok Port (2011).
  9. Advised PT Semen Gresik Tbk (Indonesia) on its liability reorganization and IDR 3.55t (c. USD 350m) 10-year syndicated debt financing.
  10. Advised PT Tanjungenim Lestari Pulp and Paper (Indonesia) on its USD 851m capital restructuring.
  11. Advised Barito Pacific Timber (Indonesia) on its USD 575m capital restructuring.
  12. Advised ProMOS Technologies and Mosel Vitelic Inc. (Taiwan) on restructuring and deleveraging.
  13. Advised PT AKR Corporindo Tbk (Indonesia) with its USD 400m capital restructuring of its primary and associated companies.
  14. Advised Total Access Communication (Thailand) on its USD 1.2b debt restructuring
    • 18 other deals where we provided debt advisory and/or restructuring advice to various companies/groups in East Asia, South Asia and the Middle East. The industries covered ranged from offshore maritime, sugar mills, renewable energy, packaging, steel manufacturing, cable manufacturing, real estate, subsea cable networks and specialty retail.
    • As Creditor worked out 23 distressed public and private companies, ventures, and projects in North America. Of these only two projects involved formal insolvency.
